Event Details
Art show entries will be on Tuesday, July 28th between 3:00 - 6:00 PM at the Roosevelt Library. Artists may have a 3” X 5” card with information about their piece(s) to be displayed with it.
HAVE PHOTOS & ILLUSTRATIONS MOUNTED ON A STIFF BOARD
PROFESSIONAL ENTRIES are encouraged but won’t be judged, BUT ARE INCLUDED in People’s Choice. We welcome Professional artists to display business cards and/or small sign, but may not sell their works during the show.
JUDGING on Wednesday, July 29th. Results will be available at show opening on Thursday at 11:00 AM. People’s Choice Awards will be posted on Saturday morning.
EXHIBIT HOURS Thursday July 30th 11 AM - 7 PM
Friday July 31st 11 AM - 7 PM
Saturday August 1st 11 AM - 1 PM
PICK UP OF ENTRIES: Entries need to be left until the show is over. Time for pick up is on Saturday starting at 1:00 pm. NO PICK UPS BEFORE 1! If you can’t be here during this time, designate someone to pick it up for you. Your promptness is greatly appreciated!
PHOTOS OF WINNERS Pictures of winners will be taken on Saturday at the beginning of pick up time, 1 pm. This includes everyone who has won a Place Ribbon, Best of Category or People’s Choice Awards.

SECURITY Art show organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items entered in the show. However, someone will be watching over the show & access will be limited. We will do our best.
