Reserve a Room

Duchesne County libraries offer rooms for reservation.  Their primary purpose is for use as a public forum; meaning meetings that are open to the public and free to attend.  At Roosevelt Branch, some smaller study and conference rooms are also available.  Small private events/socials that are expecting less than 45 attendees are permitted in the community rooms and are assessed rent + a cleaning deposit.  Business/commercial use or large private gatherings are prohibited in all rooms.  All patrons reserving library spaces must agree to the User Responsibilities and rental fees listed in the Room Reservation Policy linked at the top of this page.

To reserve a room, click on "By Room," followed by the desired room to check availability.  You may also click on "By Day" to search for available rooms on a particular day and time.

Important: Adults must be present with minors in all meeting rooms except the Small Conference Rooms.

No reservations on Sundays or any days between 9PM-7AM.

Repeating events are only allowed once per week.

Reservations are taken in January-June and July-December cycles and must be renewed each cycle for repeating events.

Contact the library staff to reserve a community room outside of library open hours.
