Duchesne Branch's community room has a capacity of 60 seated in chairs only. Patrons are responsible to setup, clean, and take down tables and chairs; vacuum; wipe down surfaces; dump garbage; and turn off all appliances/lights. Patrons should also check the adjoining lobby and bathrooms for cleanliness.
Repetitive events are limited to 1 per week.
For events that need to begin or end outside of library open hours, or are one-time multi-day events, contact the branch management directly for reservation assistance. No reservations are allowed on Sundays or between 9 PM - 7 AM.
NOTICE: Not available from April 1 through January 6, 2025 due to remodeling.
Equipment
Available fixed equipment in the room includes: a projector, screen, and speaker system with HDMI connections; a mobile whiteboard; an upright piano; a kitchenette range, two ovens; a microwave oven; refrigerator; and sink.
