ALL EVENTS:

All events require a $25 cleaning deposit.  A check is recommended.  If the room, lobby, and bathrooms are left clean then the check is shredded and not cashed.

 

PRIVATE OR NON-RESIDENT EVENT NOTICE:

Any event that is not open to the public and free to attend, or is a small private social event, or any event reserved by a non-Duchesne County resident or entity, is assessed an additional rental fee of $15/hour.  

Any private event expecting more than 45 attendees or any other commercial/business use is prohibited and should seek other meeting spaces in the community.

Food or Drink Requirements

Refreshments may be served in the room. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on county premises. Drinks and soft foods containing a dye (red, green, etc.) are discouraged in the rooms as these products often cause permanent furniture and carpet stains.
